I follow Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What I collect
Information you give me. When you fill out a form on this site — subscribing to market updates, contacting me, or requesting a quote — I collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about a property you want to buy or sell.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site’s servers and security services record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running, secure, and fast.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the site to work and stay secure, including a security cookie set by Cloudflare to filter out automated traffic. I do not use advertising cookies.
This site also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device and browser. It does not give me your name or contact details. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google’s use of this data is described in its privacy policy.

I do not sell or rent your personal information.
Email updates and consent
I only send market updates and newsletters to people who have agreed to receive them. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by contacting me directly. I follow Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Who I share it with
Your information is shared only as needed to provide what you asked for:
- My brokerage, eXp Realty, as required for licensed real estate services and record keeping
- Service providers that run this website and deliver email (for example, web hosting, security, and email delivery services), who may only use it to provide those services
- When required by law, such as to comply with a legal obligation or a request from the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA)
Some of these service providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
How long I keep it
I keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as I am required to by law and my brokerage and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me to:
- Tell you what personal information I hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information or stop contacting you (unless I’m required to keep it)
